Pastoral Care Worker
Together with the support and resources of the local combined Christian community, a PCW has a unique opportunity to help young people and school communities discover Purpose, Value, and Hope.

The Payroll & Finance Support Officer is responsible for conducting the payroll on a fortnightly basis. Frequently monitoring & conducting employee reimbursements. Sending & receiving invoices from relevant stakeholders as required. Contributing to government reporting requirements as well as preparing monthly, quarterly, and year-end payroll statements.
The duties associated with this position include the following:
1. Efficiently and accurately carry out a range of payroll and finance tasks
- Process payroll for our PCW’s and Support Centre staff on a rotating fortnightly basis.
- Input and update data into electronic payroll and financial systems and the SMG database.
- Manage the school chaplain hour budgets.
- Prepare and send invoices to debtors.

The Executive Assistant / Board Secretary provides high-level administrative and secretarial support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and the Board of Directors. The role is responsible for managing the CEO’s schedule, preparing, and distributing correspondence and reports, organising meetings and events, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
