Course Description

This training will provide Pastoral Care Workers an understanding of Reflective Practice and why it is important. It will help you think about what you do, why you do it, how you do it, why it matters and what does this mean for you, the students you work with, the school community and SMG.

Course Overview

The aim is to provide you with a more structured way to think about your everyday experiences/practice, learn from them and shape what you do in future. We also hope that you will be able to put in place an approach that suits you as part of your practice. Enabling you to continuously reflect on all that you do for continuous improvement and development.
