RRHAN-EC Masterclass
Payment Terms and Conditions

Overview
These general terms and conditions apply for Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect – Education and Care (RRHAN-EC) Masterclass Workshops delivered by SMG (a Department for Education approved provider of RRHAN-EC training)

1.  Registration
  1.1All participants are required to register, in advance, to take part in the RRAHN-EC Masterclass workshop. Participants shall register via the PLINK website, after completion of the online Fundaments course.

2. Terms of Payment
  2.1Payment is due at least 2 business days prior to the RRHAN-EC Masterclass Workshop date. SMG reserves the right to cancel bookings if payment has not been received within this timeframe.
  2.2 Payment shall be made by, or on behalf of, the participant, with a credit card via the SMG RRHAN-EC Payment online portal.

3. Cancellation by the Participant
  3.1With less than 5 business days’ notice, or failure to attend, will result in NO refund or credit being issued.
  3.2 With at least 5 business days’ notice but less than 20 business days’ notice, an administration fee of 50% of the total cost will be retained by SMG and the remaining 50% refunded to the participant.
  3.3 With more than 20 business days’ notice, an administration fee of $5 will be retained by SMG and remaining amount refunded to the participant.

4. Cancellation by SMG
  4.1 SMG is entitled to cancel RRHAN-EC Masterclass Workshops if insufficient registration cannot guarantee economically feasible training. SMG is also entitled to cancel workshops due to trainer illness, technical reasons, or other reasons beyond SMG’s control.
  4.2 In the event of cancelling a training workshop, SMG will make every effort to transfer the participants’ booking to a mutually agreeable date. If a mutually agreeable date cannot be found, the participant shall receive a full refund.
